Intern

Trunk is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving growth and securing new clients, as well as a strong understanding of business development best practices.
As a Business Development Intern at Trunk, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and opportunities for growth, reaching out to prospective clients, and building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to develop and execute effective outreach campaigns, and attend networking events and conferences to promote the Trunk app and identify new business opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, strong organizational and time-management skills, and a self-starter attitude. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth

Reach out to prospective clients through email, phone, and in-person meetings

Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective outreach campaigns

Attend networking events and conferences to promote the Trunk app and identify new business opportunities

Provide regular updates on client interactions and sales progress

Assist with preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations

Contribute to the development of business development strategies and processes
Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field
