will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of Trunk or Trunk’s services, and
any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service, including its applicable
limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes.

sites and applications where this privacy policy is posted. We follow this Privacy Policy in

    This Privacy Policy applies to all services offered by Trunk. This Privacy Policy does not
apply to services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.

  • The information practices of other companies and organizations that advertise our services;
    and

  • Services offered by other companies or individuals, or products or sites displayed to you
    in search results or linked from our services.

significant (whether changes are significant shall be at our sole discretion), we may provide a more

    When you use Trunk or Trunk’s services, we automatically collect information about your
use of Trunk or Trunk’s services through various technologies. We collect the following

    Trunk, or Trunk’s services, uses your information, including your personal information,

provide us with information about you in certain circumstances; for example, app stores may
provide us with reports to help us diagnose and fix service issues.

    You can access or port you information using our in-app Request Account Information
feature.


    We store information for as long as necessary for the purposes identified in this Privacy
Policy, including to provide our Services or for other legitimate purposes, such as complying with
legal obligations, enforcing and preventing violations of our Terms, or protecting or defending our
rights, property, and users. The storage periods are determined on a case-by-case basis that depends
on factors like the nature of the information, why it is collected and processed, relevant legal or
operational retention needs, and legal obligations.
